The Electronic Phone Card can be used on any touch tone telephone.
Some
pay phones, office systems or hotel phone systems may have a 1+800
lock requiring that the access and PIN number be entered manually.

In case the dialer is lost, the card may be used to manually enter
the access and PIN numbers on the telephone touch pad.
What Is The Long Distance
Cost Per Minute?
Domestic calls made within the United States are billed at 4.9¢
per minute. Refer to the rate finder to determine the long distance
rate to a particular international destination. Partial minutes
are rounded up to the next minute.
What Is The Maximum Amount
Of Long Distance I Can Purchase?
Following the initial purchase of the dialer, additional long
distance may be purchased in $20 increments up to a maximum of
$100.
How Long Will The Electronic Phone Card Operate?
Under normal operating conditions the Electronic Phone Card can
place over 500 long distance access calls.
Is There A Warranty With
The Electronic Phone Card?
The Electronic Phone Card is a disposable device and warranted
to be free of material defect under normal operating conditions.
There are no warranties expressed or implied regarding the useful
life of the dialer. If an Electronic Phone Card fails within the
first year of service it must be returned at the owner’s
expense for evaluation and possible replacement. Shipping and
handling expenses are the sole responsibility of the owner.

Electronic Phone Card?
The Electronic Phone Card makes a terrific gift for students,

Can I Place International
Long Distance Calls With The Electronic Phone Card?
Yes. For international calls dial 011 + the country code + the
phone number. International rates may be higher than U.S. domestic
flat rates and vary according to the destination called. For the
rate to a specific country refer to the international rate locater.
How Does The Electronic Phone Card Work?
Each Electronic Phone Card is pre-programmed at the time of manufacture
with the 1-800 long distance access number and the unique PIN
number for your long distance account. This information is encoded
as tones like those used on a touch tone telephone.
How Do I Use The Electronic Phone Card?
Place the dialer firmly on the speaker of the telephone handset.
Press and release the dial button, when the green light goes out
the dialing sequence has been completed and the following options
may be selected by pressing:
1 To make a call
2 To purchase additional time
3 To transfer a remaining balance from another PIN or dialer
4 To speak to customer service
What If I Lose My Electronic Phone Card?
The Electronic Phone Card is the sole responsibility of the owner.
Noble, Inc. will not be held liable for a lost or stolen Electronic Phone Card.
Are There Any Additional
Long Distance Charges?
The long distance flat rate includes no hidden charges or fees.
Calls made from a pay phone will incur a 95¢ surcharge. Some
pay phones may require manually entering the 1-800 access number
and PIN number.

Calling A Cell Phone?
Many countries outside the U.S. add a surcharge to calls placed
to a cell phone. This surcharge will increase your standard per
minute flat rate by the amount of the surcharge applied.
